Government Officers Cooperative Housing Society Limited

Government Officers Cooperative Housing Society Limited (GOCHS) is a cooperative housing society on Main Raiwind Road (also spelled Raiwand Road) in Lahore, Punjab.

Location

GOCHS is near Pajian Stop on Main Raiwind Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It sits directly opposite the Kings Town sector (a project of Al-Kabir Town), in the southern Lahore development corridor, roughly 10 minutes from the Adda Plot–Ring Road interchange.

Blocks and plot sizes

The society consists of four blocks: A, B, C and D. Its principal plot sizes are 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal.

Allotment and transfer

Plots are allotted to eligible members on a no-profit no-loss basis, with entitlement determined by seniority based on the date of joining. Ownership rights may be transferred upon taking possession, in accordance with the society’s by-laws.
